Pressure Cook Chicken & Noodle Soup

Ingredients

  • 3 chicken thighs
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • 3 celery stalks, chopped
  • portions of dried egg noodles
  • 500ml water

Instructions

  1. Begin by cooking the chicken in a large pot with a small amount of oil.
  2. Next, add in the diced onion, celery, and carrots, and sauté until they have softened.
  3. Pour in the water and cook on high pressure for 15 minutes, then release the pressure quickly.
  4. Remove the chicken from the pot and carefully separate the meat from the bones.
  5. Return the shredded chicken to the pot along with some noodles, and cook until the noodles are tender. Season the soup to taste.
  6. – For a clearer broth, remove the vegetables before serving.
