Air Fry Chicken Satay

  • – lemon juice
  • – bamboo skewers

Instructions

  1. To begin, prepare the sauce by whisking together peanut butter, soy sauce, and chili sauce. Adjust the consistency by adding lemon juice to taste.
  2. Next, dice the chicken into medium-sized chunks, ensuring they are not too small. Marinate the chicken in the sauce for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator, or ideally overnight.
  3. Prepare the bamboo skewers by cutting them to fit into the fryer pan and soaking them in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning. Preheat the cooker pan grill and lightly spray with oil before placing the skewers, spaced out to allow for even cooking.
  4. Cook the skewers for approximately 8 minutes, turning regularly to ensure even caramelization.
