Ingredients
- 120g halloumi
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 250g cherry tomatoes
- 2 peppers
- 100g sliced cooking chorizo
- 1 ciabatta
Instructions
- Slice the halloumi into 0.5cm pieces and coat them in a bowl with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Allow the halloumi to marinate.
- Combine the onion, cherry tomatoes, and peppers on a baking tray that fits the air fryer, then top with chorizo. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt flakes. Air fry for 10 minutes at 200°C.
- Add the marinated halloumi to the tray. Continue cooking for an additional 5 minutes before removing from the fryer.
- Slice open the ciabatta open and stuff with the filling.
