  • 500g fish fillets
  • flour
  • 1 egg
  • panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 potatoes, chipped

Instructions

  1. Begin by chipping the potatoes and soaking them for a few minutes. Parboil them for 5 minutes, then drain and allow them to air dry.,
  2. Dry the fish fillets and coat them in flour, followed by egg, and then panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Cook the fish in the air fryer for 15 minutes.
  4. Once the fish is cooked, keep it warm by covering it in foil and a tea towel.
  5. Toss the chips in a little oil and cook them in the air fryer for 20 minutes.
  6. When the chips are almost done, place the fish back in the pan on top of the chips to warm and crisp the underside.
