Ingredients
- 400g lamb mince
- ½ lemon, juiced
- bamboo skewers
- paste:
- – 4 cloves garlic
- – 4 green chillies
- – ½ tsp coriander powder
- – 1 tsp cumin powder
- – ½ tsp black peppercorns
- – ½ tsp turmeric powder
- – ½ tsp garam masala
- – 2 tsp ginger, grated
- – 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- To begin, mix the paste ingredients together and then add them to the lamb along with the lemon juice.
- Next, cut the skewers into lengths that will fit into the cooker pan and soak them in water for half an hour to prevent burning in the fryer.
- Using wet hands, take some of the mixture and form it into a sausage shape onto the skewers.
- Place the skewers onto the oiled pan grill and spray them with oil.
- Cook for 8 minutes, turning regularly to ensure even cooking.
