Creating your own burgers can be a simple and enjoyable process, resulting in a delicious meal. However, pre-made burgers are also a convenient option that can be equally satisfying.
Ingredients
- 300g beef mince
- 200g breadcrumbs
- onion
- garlic
- cayenne pepper
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- To begin, dice the onion and sauté it in oil until softened. Allow it to cool before adding it to the beef mince along with the other ingredients. Be careful not to overmix the ingredients.
- Next, shape the mixture into patties of your desired size. I personally prefer thinner patties as they cook more quickly and allow for easier garnishing on the bun.
- Finally, cook the patties for approximately 8 minutes, turning them regularly to ensure even browning. This cooking method will result in a perfectly cooked burger that is both juicy and flavorful.
